Quality isn't checked at the end. It's built into every step.

At Eúzkaro, quality comes first. That's why we control it at the four points that truly define it.

Inspection report4 / 4
  1. Mold

Before every run, we inspect each mold for rust, scratches or damage and polish cavities when needed.

  2. Raw material

We choose the right plastic for each part — and explain why.

  3. Machinery

Our 12 machines are lubricated every 12 hours and receive preventive maintenance.

  4. Final inspection

Operators and warehouse staff check dimensions, finish and color with calipers, part by part.

When your mold is built with us, we control the entire process — from design to the very last part.

Frequently asked questions

Have another question? Write to us and we will get back to you.

Quote on WhatsApp

Quotes

01What do I need to request a quote?

We can start with whatever you have: an idea, a photo, a drawing or a physical sample. If you also tell us roughly how many parts you need, the quote will be more accurate.

02How long does a quote take?

It depends on the part. A simple part is quoted faster than a project that needs design and a new mold.

03Is there a minimum order?

We adapt to your needs. Tell us how many parts you require and we will find the best option for your project.

04Is my design protected?

Yes. If you need it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your design.

Molds

05I don't have a mold. Can you make it?

Yes, we build your mold. Lead time depends on the part; we tell you when we quote.

06Is the mold charged separately? Who owns it?

Yes, the mold is quoted separately and belongs to the client. We keep it safe at our plant.

07I already have a mold. Can you use it?

Yes, we run production with your mold. First we check that it fits our machines, inspect its condition and run an injection test.

Production & delivery

08Do I see a sample before full production?

Yes, always. We start production only after you approve the first part.

09How long does production take?

It depends on the quantity and the part. We agree on delivery times when we quote.

10Can you make the part in the color I need?

Yes, we match the color you need from a sample or a Pantone code.

11Do you ship anywhere in Mexico?

In Morelos, Mexico City and the State of Mexico we deliver with our own fleet. To the rest of the country we ship by courier or, if you prefer, you can pick up your order or send your own freight.

12Do you issue invoices?

Yes, we issue invoices (CFDI).

Our products

13Do you sell your products in small quantities?

Yes, we sell our products both wholesale and retail.

14Can you customize them for my company?

Yes, we can make them in your company color and with your logo.
